REFUNDS & RETURNS

• All return and refund requests must include an unboxing video, clearly showing the original packaging and all contents.
• The original packaging must be kept in case a return is necessary.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items; minor imperfections as outlined in the Notices section are not eligible for return.
• If a wrong item is received, contact us within the 7-day window with video proof.
• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
