Order Processing

• As we work directly with trusted suppliers in South Korea and Japan, certain orders may take longer to process if they are not already in stock at our warehouses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or courier directly.
